Shipping policy

Customers choose their preferred ship method at check out. We will work to get all orders packed and shipped within 5 business days of the order being placed. If you need your order shipped ASAP, please email us at shop@thepostsupply.com upon placing your order, we can typically accommodate rush orders. Tracking will be provided once the order ships. If any questions arise, please email us at shop@thepostsupply.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 

Shipping costs will automatically calculate at check out so you will see the total with shipping costs before checking out. Thank you for understanding!

The Post Supply cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost in transit, mis-delivered, or stolen from delivery addresses. We will do everything in our power to get the package shipped off safely from our Shop in Portland, ME but once it leaves our hands it is not within our control. Thank you for understanding!
